Content source ID is not inherited not inherited from the parent hostgroup while creating a nested hostgroup on Red Hat Satellite 6.5

Issue

• When we define a content source in a parent hostgroup, we notice that the content_source_id isn't inherited on the child hostgroups while using the hammer cli
• The content_source_name does get inherited, so in the GUI it seems like the content source is set, but without the ID, the setting doesnt' actually apply
• It is not possible to create a new host using this hostgroup and kickstart the host
