Several lvm related errors in the logs - "fopen failed: Too many open files"
Issue
- Several entries similar to the below are seen in the logs:
Jan 15 15:32:12 server lvm: /sys/class/block/sda/dev: fopen failed: Too many open files
Jan 15 15:32:12 server lvm: /sys/class/block/sdb/dev: fopen failed: Too many open files
Jan 15 15:32:12 server lvm: /sys/class/block/sdc/dev: fopen failed: Too many open files
