oc login fails with the connected party did not properly respond

Issue

• Logging into OpenShift with oc fails through LB

error: dial tcp 10.0.0.1:6443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. - verify you have provided the correct host and port and that the server is currently running.

• Install completed but cannot log into OpenShift with provided kubeadmin user
• Loadbalancer won't let me login
