system-config-users GUI does not show proper list of users and groups on the system

system-config-users GUI is unpopulated

Used pwck, grpck, pwconv, and grpconv to clean up corrupt passwd, shadow, group and gshadow files.
- These files are accurate but the system-config-users GUI list is unpopulated and do not match the correct passwd, shadow, group and gshadow files.
