Issue

Getting messages "/dev/sdb4: Invalid argument passed to ext2 library while setting up superblock" while formatting partitionand

Added 250GB internal HDD and created the partition, while trying to format the partition it gives error.

mkfs.ext3 /dev/sdb4
mke2fs 1.39 (29-May-2006)
