Issue

  • Getting messages "/dev/sdb4: Invalid argument passed to ext2 library while setting up superblock" while formatting partitionand

  • Added 250GB internal HDD and created the partition, while trying to format the partition it gives error.

    mkfs.ext3 /dev/sdb4
    mke2fs 1.39 (29-May-2006)
    /dev/sdb4: Invalid argument passed to ext2 library while setting up superblock
