Can I install 3rd party software on Red Hat Storage Server? Can I install software to monitor the hardware?

Issue

Can I install 3rd party software to monitor my hardware, like HP ProLiant Support Pack on my Red Hat Storage Server (RHSS) systems? They would require additional packages like rpm-build rpm-devel net-snmp redhat-rpm-config perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker which are not part of RHSS.
Is there any way to have those packages + dependencies within the official RHSS repository?
