Issue

  • Below error message is triggered while adding a new RHEV-H  to Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager using Hosts -> New option.

Failed to install Host hostname. Step: INSTALLER; Details: Can not use Add-new-host flow for hypervisor (RedHatEnterpriseVirtualizationHypervisor). Please consider checking the registration flow.

  • It can successfully be added from the Hypervisor while doing the installation, but not from the GUI.
