The VM was seen as still running, but the underlying
qemu-kvmprocess had terminated. -
The
qemu-kvmprocess had encountered a SIGABRT;
block/mirror.c:873: mirror_run: Assertion `((&bs->tracked_requests)->lh_first == ((void *)0))' failed.
