Import image stream fails with "denied: access forbidden" from external Gitlab registry in OCP 3
Issue
- When creating a ImageStream from a private registry on Gitlab it fails with error:
Internal error occurred: Get https://registry.gitlab.com/v2/user/project/manifests/latest: denied: access forbidden.
