How to assign floating IP to port in different project?

* Floating IP created by admin user in admin project cannot get associated to instance from other project

  • Following error occurs when we try to associated floating ip to instance of different project

    Unable to associate floating IP 172.x.x.x to fixed IP 192.x.x.x for instance <instance_uuid>. Error: Bad floatingip request: Cannot process floating IP association with Port <port_id>, since that port is owned by a different tenant.
