mod_cluster 503s request when JBoss is shutdown instead of doing failover
Issue
- I am getting a Service Unavailable page and a 503 response from Apache/mod_cluster when a JBoss node restarts. Isn't mod cluster supposed to detect that Jboss is down and re-send that request to another node?

- JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 6
- mod_cluster
- JBoss Enterprise Web Server (EWS)
- Apache httpd
