Issue

The CS's internal slapd instance is not working properly.
The problem started after SAN connectivity was lost.
Restarting the slapd instance and moving the transaction log did not resolve
Have tried the following in attempts to resolve the issue.
- remove the __db* files
- move the slapd transactions log
- db2ldif, ldif2db
- db2ldif, move transaction log, ldif2db
- db2index
Currently the slapd instance will start without any errors but searches against the base o=NetscapeCertificateServer all return no such object, thus CS cannot function.
