The 'system-app' pod fails intermittently with the message "Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers" on Red Hat 3scale API Management

- We checked the
system-apppod and see the following in the events:
Readiness probe failed: Get http://1.1.1.1:3000/check.txt: net/http: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
