novajoin overcloud hosts not properly deleted after a "stack delete"

Issue

• IDM is not properly cleaned by novajoin after a stack delete.
• Although stack is deleted from the undercloud, some hosts are still presents in IDM creating an inconsistent state which could lead to failure for the next "stack create".
