Print output is too bold after upgrading to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4
Issue
- Output is too bold.
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 CUPS 1.2.4 output originally came out bolder than RHEL 4 CUPS 1.1.2.
- In a mixed environment of RHEL 5 and RHEL 4 the output from the same print job would come out different. It should be consistent.
- When configuring printers on RHEL 5.5, I am using the exact same settings I had on RHEL 3 but the font that is being printed is significantly different.
- Why does Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 not print my document correctly but Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 does?
Environment
- Upgrade to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4
- cups-1.3.7-18.el5
- paps-0.6.6-19.el5
