RHEL7/8: Why systemd has automatically unmounted the filesystem?

Issue

• Systemd has automatically unmounted the filesystem mounted using "mount " command
• A block device with filesystem had a LABEL, which had been noted in /etc/fstab and was then made known to systemd. The same LABEL was then moved to a different block device, without notifying systemd via "systemd daemon-reload".
