NodeJS builds takes minutes to succeed on OCP 3.11

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

  • Before OCP 3.11 building the NodeJS persistent example took just some minutes. But after upgraded to OCP 3.11 the build hangs for some minutes at row 19 of the log.
After some minutes, the build process continues successfully. The same behavior happens even using an old cloned repo of the same project.
