Sense errors with LSI Mega-Raid SAS storage controller on RHEL 5
Issue
The following can be seen in the syslog:
Server Administrator: Storage Service EventID: 2095 Unexpected sense. SCSI sense data: Sense key: 3 Sense code: 11 Sense qualifier: 0
