Trying to deploy a docker image that is in OpenShift registry using a service account and is getting the error below:

Failed to pull image "docker-registry-default.apps.domain.com/openshift/my-image:4.0.0": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = Error: image openshift/my-image:4.0.0 not found
