RHV: Hosted Engine deployment fails when the host uses a proxy.
Issue
- Hosted engine deploy fails with Error "Your system is configured to use a proxy, please add an exception for
https://< engine_FQDN >with no_proxy". - When deploying hosted engine, the setup fails with an error to add an exception with no_proxy.
