How to restrict TLS Versions for JMX in AMQ

Issue

How to restrict the protocol version to only accept any TLS version i.e. TLSv1.2 for JMX.
Setting secureProtocol = TLSv1.2 in org.apache.karaf.management.cfg , and run below command, noticed that the RMI server port is still accepting TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 connections
```
openssl s_client -connect myHost:myPort -tls1_1 
```
