OpenShift 3.10/3.11 Template Service Broker Variables to Use in Place of template_service_broker_prefix, template_service_broker_image_name, and template_service_broker_version

Issue

While trying to install or upgrade to OpenShift 3.10/3.11, I am seeing the following error in the ansible output:

template_service_broker_prefix is replaced by template_service_broker_image;
template_service_broker_image_name is replaced by template_service_broker_image; 
template_service_broker_version is replaced by template_service_broker_image;
