On large clouds, Minor updates for Computes is serialized and thus hits a 4h timeout (not configurable)

Issue

  • We're running OSP13z2/el7.5 to OSP13z6/el7.6 updates on pre-production/production clouds for 26 computes but since the updates are serialized and it takes time to update a single compute , the update procedure timesout after 4 hours.
