kickstart can't %include due to missing /mnt/source in RHEL 6

In our RHEL5 kickstarts we use this to pull in our %package definition.:
%include /mnt/source/some-packages -
This is failing in RHEL6 RC3 with a read error, no mount of the media source (/mnt/source).
