How to copy docker image to the Satellite using Skopeo in Satellite

Importing Docker v1 image tarball to the Satellite is no longer supported since Satellite 6.3.

Uploading a v1 image may result in the following error:
- Could not upload the content: Katello::Errors::PulpError: PLP0047: The importer docker_importer indicated a failed response when uploading docker_manifest unit to repository
. Summary: 'list indices must be integers, not str'. Details: '{}'
