OpenShift Container Platform prerequisites playbook fails on RHEL Atomic Host 7.6.4.1

Issue

• Prerequisites playbook (task Create credentials for oreg_url) not working with RHEL Atomic Host 7.6.4.1
• Running prerequisites playbook with RHEL Atomic Host 7.6.4.1 caused playbook to fails with below error. When using RHEL Atomic Host 7.6.3 instead, everything is working.
