Issue

goferd on a Satellite's or Capsule's client fails to connect to qdrouterd, resulting in inability to install an errata/package via katello agent to this client/host
goferd establishes TCP connection but got stuck on it, logging 'local-idle-timeout expired' error after 10 seconds - see /var/log/messages
