Generic slowness of Satellite 6 caused by storing many facts
Issue
- Satellite 6 generic performance degradation observed
- no particular cause found
- PostgreSQL database seems to be the bottleneck, despite it was already tuned
- Hosts are expected to store many facts (e.g. but not solely due to docker instances running there)
