With a large number of hosts in a single organization on Red Hat Satellite, the Red Hat Insights inventory no longer loads
Issue
In large Satellite environments, with many tens-of-thousands of Content Hosts, the Red Hat Insights inventory will not load.
The /var/log/foreman/production.log shows the following error:
RedhatAccess::Telemetry::PortalClient: Caught unexpected error when proxying call to tapi: PG::ProtocolViolation: ERROR: invalid message format
