Message: SELinux boolean container_manage_cgroup does not exist

Issue

  • You can see the following failure messages during installation.
Failure summary:

  1. Hosts:    node.example.com
     Play:     Configure nodes
     Task:     Setting sebool container_manage_cgroup
     Message:  SELinux boolean container_manage_cgroup does not exist.
  • If you list SELinux booleans, but container_manage_cgroup is not in it.
# sestatus -b | grep container_manage_cgroup
... no output ...
  • If you changed SELinux to be enabled and container_manage_cgroup was not defined. Even though container-selinux package has been installed before.
