Issue
- Newly connected ReceiverLinks doesn’t receive messages already in the queue
- However, ReceiverLinks can receive new messages in the queue.
Environment
- Red Hat AMQ 7.2
- Red Hat AMQ Client 2.3.0
- .NET Client / amqpnetlite-sdk-2.1.6.0(.NET Framework 4.5) on Windows 2012 Server R2
