luci reports "ERROR [luci.lib.ricci_communicator] Error receiving header from <node>:11111" in logs in RHEL 6
Issue
- Conga failed to propagate the configuration to all nodes in the cluster and reported an "Error receiving header from node2:11111" in
/var/log/luci/luci.log.
