rgmanager reports error message "isAlive failed write test on [/path/to/fs]. Return code: X?" in a RHEL 5 or 6 High Availability cluster
Issue
rgmanagerreported the following message and stopped the service which was using that filesystem:
fs:/path/to/fs: isAlive failed write test on [/path/to/fs]. Return code: 1

clusterfsresource is seen intermittently failing at certain times of the day reporting "failed write test" - My file system managed by the cluster is failing repeatedly with an error about a write test
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the High Availability Add On
rgmanager- A
<fs/>.<clusterfs/>, or<netfs/>resource in/etc/cluster/cluster.conf
