Why is rhevm-log-collector failing with "ERROR: The following host are not listed as hypervisors:"?

Issue

  • When running rhevm-log-collector collect --hosts=host1,host2,host3 I get the following error:
ERROR: _get_hypervisors_from_api: [ERROR]::oVirt API connection failure, [Errno 1] _ssl.c:490: error:14090086:SSL routines:
SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed
ERROR: The following host are not listed as hypervisors: <HOSTNAME>, <HOSTNAME>, <HOSTNAME>. Known hypervisors can be listed
 using the list command
