Issue

Cluster operations experience long delay immediately after another node leaves cluster in RHEL 5
The problem occurs when the service is relocated away from a cluster node. On the cluster node that hosts the cluster service, the cluster software is stopped:
```
# service rgmanager stop; sleep 5; service cman stop
```
On the remaining node, the service is started successfully. However, when then trying to disable this service or stop rgmanager itself, there is again a long delay before the operation completes.
