OpenShift Container Platform - Controllers are failing to start when serviceAccountConfig.limitSecretReferences is set to true

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • After setting variable openshift_master_saconfig_limitsecretreferences to true in ansible inventory for installation of OCP v3.11 cluster, this change is propagated to master config in /etc/origin/master/master-config.yaml. Once limitSecretReferences is set, master services controller and api are failing to start.
Invalid MasterConfig /etc/origin/master/master-config.yaml
