OpenShift 3.10/3.11 Web Console Inventory Variables to Use In Place of openshift_web_console_prefix, openshift_web_console_version, and openshift_cockpit_deployer_prefix

Issue

While trying to install or upgrade to OpenShift 3.10/3.11, I am seeing the following error in the ansible output:

openshift_web_console_prefix is replaced by openshift_web_console_image;
openshift_web_console_version is replaced by openshift_web_console_image; 
openshift_cockpit_deployer_prefix is replaced by openshift_cockpit_deployer_image;
