The host is unstable after adding it as an additional hosted engine host

Issue

• After adding an additional HE host, the host status is continuously changing from Connecting => Activating => UP.
• The event log in the manager is showing below error.

VDSM 10.74.130.138 command Get Host Statistics failed: Message timeout which can be caused by communication issues

• The host was added in a different Data Center to that of HE host where it was initially deployed.
