Unable to load all content for the catalog. Error loading service classes after replacing Openshift masters
Issue
When replacing masters by scale up/scale out the control plane, we get an error retrieving content from catalog:
An error occurred connecting to the server.
Failed to list clusterserviceplans/servicecatalog.k8s.io/v1beta1 (status 504)
