Remote execution for Satellite 5.8 fails with "This action has been picked up multiple times without a successful transaction."

Issue

When trying to execute a remote command on clients from Satellite 5.8, this ends in the below error :-

Client execution returned "This action has been picked up multiple times without a successful transaction; this action is now failed for this system." (code null)
