Issue
- After installing Performance Co-Pilot (PCP) on a system with md raid, enabling the
pmcd
service and rebooting the system we are seeing SELinux errors related tomdadm
. - The source context for
/dev/md0 [ blk_file ]
ormd0 [ blk_file ]
issystem_u:system_r:pcp_pmcd_t:s0
, however expected context issystem_u:object_r:fixed_disk_device_t:s0
. - SELinux is preventing
mdadm
from open access on theblk_file /dev/md0
.
