SPICE server crash causing VM to shutdown unexpectedly under RHEV 3.x
Issue
- Affects both Windows and Linux guests
- VM is effectively hard shut down, like pulling the power out of a physical machine.
- Windows guests print 'machine rebooted unexpectedly' after reboot
- Linux guests produce no shutdown logs
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.2
- Guests using SPICE graphics
