[OpenStack] [Cinder] NFS shares hang after switching logical interface on NetApp
Issue
- After NetApp logical interfaces switch, in-flight I/O operations calls are suspended and cause virtual machines to get in hang state.
- The problem was detected in NetApp volumes exported using the NFS protocol version 4.1, with logical interfaces and pNFS enabled.
- The error
NFS4ERR_LAYOUTUNAVAILABLEcan be seen in packet captures while the issue is in progress.
