Latest RHEL 7.4 redhat-release-server-7.4-18.el7_4.3 does not include 69.pem file.

Once yum update is executed and the latest redhat-release-server is applied, it removes what's considered obsolete files... including 69.pem, which then breaks communication with Satellite and causes updates/registration to fail.

Update to redhat-release-server-7.4-18.el7_4.4 shipped with 7.4 EUS Advisory RHBA-2019:0675 or newer.

Root Cause

ProductID certificates were regenerated in redhat-release-server-7.4-18.el7_4.2, however the change in path was not reflected in install specification. This is now fixed in redhat-release-server-7.4-18.el7_4.4 update.
