ClusterRole to manage template in Openshift

Issue

  • User having custom ClusterRole is unable to create a template.
  • Template creation is failing with following error message.
oc create -f template.yaml -n openshift
Error from server (Forbidden): error when creating "Template.yaml": templates is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:openshift:template-manager-sa" cannot create templates in the namespace "openshift": User "system:serviceaccount:openshift:template-manager-sa" cannot create templates in project "openshift"
