How can I prevent rgmanager from logging every single script status check in a RHEL 6 cluster?
Issue
- How can I configure
rgmanagerto not log every status check for script resources? - A large amount of logging is done by
rgmanagerfor status checks. Lots of these types of lines in the/var/log/messagesfile. Is this normal?
Jun 18 13:13:58 node2 rgmanager[23866]: [script] Executing /scripts/my_script status
Jun 18 13:13:58 node2 rgmanager[23833]: [script] Executing /scripts/my_script status
- Is there a possibility to turn off
rgmanagerresource script status messages logging but do not affect verbosity of other resources ? The status messages are flooding our monitoring tools as there is status message every 10 seconds from several script resources.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the High Availability Add On
- One or more
<script>resources in/etc/cluster/cluster.conf
