Issue

Windows XP VM is running with Spice display.
A USB device is connected to the Client, but the device is not available on the guest (neither in the OS itself, nor Spice menu).
USB filtering on RHEV-M server is configured properly according to documentaion & RHEV: USB device is grayed out if running the Desktop via User Portal, but works ok via Admin Portal.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) v.2.2
Guest OS - any Windows machine
Client - Windows XP (or any Windows machine which is not the RHEV-M server itself).
