`yum repolist` shows some repos have 'HTTPS Error 404 ' error on a RHEL7 client

Issue

• Getting below error when using yum to list repos on a RHEL 7 client:

yum repolist
Loaded plugins: aliases, changelog, enabled_repos_upload, langpacks,
              : package_upload, product-id, search-disabled-repos, subscription-
              : manager, verify, versionlock
