Where do I find keys and certificates in Red Hat Certificate System 8.x?

I cannot find the keys and certificate material in my newly installed Red Hat Certificate System 8.0
After installation of certificate server 8.0, we can't find the ca-admin.crt and ca-admin.key files.
In our 'old' certificate server, these files are present in the /var/www/include directory.
How do we create the certificate server ca-admin.crt and ca-admin.key files?
