Issue

I am migrating from EAP5 to EAP6 and did not find the MBean configuration for the HiLoKeyGeneratorFactory
how to configure the HiLoKey generator with the entity-command tag in jbosscmp-jdbc.xml
there is no standardjbosscmp-jdbc.xml where I have to configure the entity-command for the HiLoKey generator
if the HiLoKeyGenerator is used the entity creation will fail with a DuplicateKeyException
